Participants will attend an initial induction webinar where they will be shown how to access course materials moving forward. They will be provided with the first weeks reading material which must be completed for the webinar the following week. Webinars will be ran at the same time every subsequent week until the end of the 12 week course. A timetable of all dates will be provided in the initial induction webinar.

In order to get the most out of the course we recommend that you attend all webinars but understand that this is not always possible. All the webinars are recorded and uploaded to an online platform that can be accessed at your leisure.

Once we have received payment we will provide you with an exam voucher. Details of how to use the voucher and schedule the exam will be explained during your induction.

Due to the current climate most exams can now be sat at home at your convenience. We recommend you pick a date that coincides with the end of the course you have enrolled on.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
All resources are for your personal use unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Yes, we can invoice your employer but payment must be received no later than 14 days after the course start date.

You will receive an email confirming your place. Following which, one of our dedicated team members will make contact with you to arrange payment and welcome you to the course.
